Guest guest
Thank you , that was very interesting. I tasted metal in my mouth for years. I finally got all my metal (silver-mercury) fillings out and surprise, surprise, the metal taste is gone (I also experienced a huge increase in energy). In between I was sick a lot, eventually getting Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Will I get more metal, amalgam fillings? No way. Guest guest
Natasha I had all my fillings removed late last year. I started in November and worked on a quadrant at a time, finishing in January. I felt ok at first and continued with my sports. I trained extremely hard last year and paddled outrigger canoes. Then in March and all of a sudden I got Chronic Fatigue like symptoms. I had no energy for weeks, its taken me months to get better and I do so only one day at a time. I just wonder how much influence removing the fillings had on what happened ? Sounds like you went through a similar experience. To this day I have never found an answer to it and nor has my doctor. Regards . Thank you , that was very interesting. I tasted metal in my mouth for years. Guest guest
I just came across some interesting information while researching NDF and chelation therapy."Hypothyroidism is often a side effect of heavy mercury poisoning - it particularly damages the thyroid."http://www.latitudes.org/forums/index.php?showtopic=215from Dr. McCandless on a forum for autism.Anybody know more about this? Guest guest
Yes, mercury displaces the iodine in the thyroid gland as it is higher in the periodical chart of halogens. It also affects the pituitary gland (where TSH is signaled from). But w/o iodine the thyroid swells and creates a goiter and can become cancerous. They have found high amounts of mercury in thyroid cysts (cancerous). I am wondering if that is what happened to me. I'll never know because they cut, poisoned and burned me before I could test anything. I do know that my body is feeling so much more energized since removing most of my amalgams. Guest guest
What do they do with root canals? Do they just remove your tooth? jingles > When you decide to remove your amalgams make sure that you have a dentist that knows how to remove them. Huggins protocol is the best known way of doing it. My dentist is a Huggins dentist. I felt a surge of energy at 7 amalgams (1/2 way through) of my 12 total. I have a root canal / cavitation to remove this Thursday. Guest guest
What do they do with root canals? Do they just remove your tooth?jingles===================== Yes they remove it. They are called cavitations. Bacteria gets on the jaw bone and deteriorates it and also cause a constant hit to your immune system. Mine is infected and eating the jaw bone. He must grind out the ligament in the socket and then grind the jaw bone down and irrate it to clean the bacteria out. NOT FUN! I am a bit scared about tomorrow. He says I will be fine. Guest guest
I also wonder how contact lens solution containing thimerosal may have increased our mercury exposure over the years? I used that stuff for 15 years before I became allergic to thimerosal containing cleansers and I think it had been on the market just long enough at that time so everyone else was developing the allergies after too much exposure. Nowadays, don't think they market it with thimersal anymore..... This is very interesting about the mercury found in cancerous cysts. I am going to start getting my amalgams removed this year. I have heard over and over how people started feeling so much better after getting them removed. Also, since I have had all the usual vaccinations I am sure I have mercury poisoning from that too. Mercury used to be used as a preservative in vaccinations, don't know if they still do that though. Thanks for the info and telling about your personal experience Steph.
