Right Level of Fill

Well, after looking at the file section, I guess I am at the right

level - losing 2-3#/wk. Seems wierd because I keep hearing how small

of bites everyone has to take and all the chewing. Sometimes I think

my band is not tight at all. I do eat slower, but nothing like I'm

reading here.

So after reading the file, as long as I'm losing weight each week, I

don't need to be concerned that there seems to be little restriction.

Guess I'll keep doing what I'm doing and be thankful.

Carol, as long as you are meeting the nutritional needs, (see the Band

Guide) and are losing 1-2# a week or a bit more, on average, you're

doing just fine as is.

You sound as if you're doing just great, so don't mess with what is

working!

As time goes on and you continue to lose, you'll need more fill, and

then you will need to refine your eating skills even further.
