Guest guest
Yes it seems to be a detox issue. Try some Celtic Salt (salt load from www.breastcancerchoices.com ) and some Vit C. Iodine & irritability? Has anyone experienced irritability with increased iodine intake? Both a friend and I have been using iodine topically, and the more we use, the more irritable we find ourselves. We've both noticed if we back off, the irritability subsides.Has anyone else experienced anything similar? Wondering if combining with vitamin C might help? With thanks,Clare_____________"It doesn't say, 'May all beings receive the blessings of my life EXCEPT FOR...'" -- Ajahn Amaro, Buddhist monk __________________________________________________
Guest guest
B vitamins (which are important for stress) are also part of the iodine supplementation protocol (spelled out on the breastcancerchoices site Steph noted. Dr. Flechas also recommended them in our phone consultation.
Guest guest
Yes specifically B2/B3 but also B12 is critical too. You will want to load the first two and get a good B complex for the rest.
