They have a full complement of vitamins in them. The label shows 100 percent of RDAs of the vitamins. One a day works for me. Guest guest
I believe that an Adult chewable is better - there are lots of trace minerals that may not be in a child's vit, like lutein. Actively- growing and extremely active kids need different combinations of vits and minerals than adults. Not sure, though - read the labels. They often run 5 for the price of 2 sales (and 3 for the price of 1 for repeat customers). Shipping is free for oders over $50. I just started using chewable Multis and Calciums from them. The Multi has a pineapple flavor that I find a bit odd, but tolerable. The Calcium is basically tasteless. I follow both with a spoon of yoghurt or cottage cheese.
