Exercise/body positioning?

Hi all, completed my second flush on the weekend again with hundreds

of soft green/orange stones (but much smaller than with the first

flush). Ernest, I tried the lolly sucking suggestion for the fourth

epsoms dose but sorry, just couldn't stomach it - had to pass on

taking that last dose.

Anyhow, I've been thinking about my condition, specifically the fact

that the stones in my gallbladder are 1) quite small - approx 3mm

diameter (I think that's approx 1/4 inch) and 2) " heavy " i.e. they

sink to the bottom of the gallbladder.

Has anyone else had the thought that, while doing the flush,

positioning one's body head down then rotating to the left side

should move those stones by sheer gravity toward the bile duct and

hence toward freedom (instead of having them sitting caught like

coins in the bottom of a cloth purse)??

Now before you all crack up hysterically, firstly visalising the

required movement and the difficulties therein (try to imagine

yourself as one of those games where you try to get the ballbearings

into the right hole) and secondly trying to imagine holding all that

bloody oil in your belly while doing so, have a little muse on the

issue. Has anyone else had this thought? Has anyone else tried it?

Maybe there's a yoga pose or such that might help?

I'm just jigging ideas around in my head to try and get this process

sorted as efficiently as possible. My logic says that if I follow

the procedure as written, I get all my ducts nicely opened with the

epsoms, then get the bile flowing with the oil, then lie on my right

side thus getting the stones as far away from the bile duct as

possible, when really they need to be closer.

Grateful for any input. I've found myself almost wishing for an

attack because then I know there's a stone lodged that I can ease out

with a dose of epsoms.

Thanks for taking the time to read, really would appreciate

commentry, thanks for this great forum. Cheers,

3mm is smaller than 1/8th of an inch (25.4mm= 1 inch), these are smaller than a

pea. Gravity has little to do with the position of the stones. The environment

is controlled by the smooth muscle of the gallbladder (it is under tension all

the time), however there are yoga positions that would be beneficial. Try

magnesium citrate solution from the drugstore or grocery store, it far more

palatable. -Dave

I also thought about this position long ago, but did not express it. By the head

down position, gallstones should expell easily. Gravity should help as it does

in all other cases.

Long ago, my frined's wife was not conceiving. He got the same advice,

practiced it, and was successful. After intercouse, he immediately positioned

his wife head down, and she conceived.
