Zoe said I should ask the group since she hasn't used it but nobody has answered me. (thank you) told me I might need to use 10 x's more, but I still don't know what " USE " means. Is there not a simple answer to this? Is there a standard amount I need to take? Do I paint it on? Do I take it orally? Can anyone please help me???
