Have you tried taking your iodine with a bit of food in your stomach?

I've noticed that I get heartburn with I take Iodoral on an empty

stomach.

Yes, I was taking it with food. After I stopped the

liquid iodine, my heartburn is gradually going away.

So that's my personal answer to my taking megadoses of

iodine. NOT.
