Guest guest
Ok, I am the axnxious type but went ahead and did my first flush yesterday using this recipe http://curezone.com/cleanse/liver/ I did the whole thing, even the 2nd oil treatment in the morning. I am a 42 woman and you can read my history of hives here: http://theitchingwall.com/ My upper right side was really tender all day (feels bruised all the time) so I was not looking forward to sharp pains or anything that night doing the cleanse (none of what I had) The first few hours the epson salts did a fine job of cleaning me out and I didn't actually start collecting anything until the middle of the night after the oil potion had kicked in. I woke up around 4am and had 4-5 movers again but by this time, very waterying/brown. Lo and behold though, there were probably 100 green pea sized stones in my bowl I had passed. Its possible I passed more that this since on one trip to the toilet, I didn't have my colander. Anyhow, back to bed, got up had more epsoms and a few more small green stones came out together with what looked like red peppers (had them the day before) and some long oniony type of stuff (could also be oninon or cabbage from day before). I promised myself I wouldn't freeze the gallstones but they in in a tub in the freezer marked " Gallstones, dare you to eat! " As I sit here typing I feel great. My hub said may face looked thinner again. (I've been on prednizone for 2 weeks now since getting out of hospital from a strong IV drip of steroids to ease my hive situcation). I weighed on scales and my usually weight is 140 but today says 130, is that norm?? When can I safely do the flush again? I truly think this may be a resolve for me? Would it be a good time to go straight into a Master Cleanse from this? Warmly, Tawnya http://theitchingwall.com/
