Guest guest
OK I haven't been on here in a while. I had been successful at keeping my gb attacks away with diet. Then I had been eating not so well for a few months, I gained back some weight but now I'm on the right track again. However, for the last 2 days I've had gb attacks. These are different from what I had before though..over a year ago when my first 3 came on they were BAD - major pain all the way around, really bad in the center of the chest under the ribs.I could hardly talk or breathe it hurt so bad. They lasted from 1-3 hours...only one was 3 hours, the others were 1 hour and 30 minutes These 2 the last 2 days have been pretty painful, however pain is mostly in the gallbladder region.right side. Really painful deep in there.I can feel it in the back mostly but in the front too. It's also very tender to the touch in the center of the chest down under the rib cage. These are also lasting longer, several hours. So although I can talk they are lasting so long they are really hard to deal with. My questions - before when I had them it was all associated with what I ate. This time I am eating really good, so I'm wondering if these things could cause attacks. 1) I am exercising a lot - walking with a video, I did 4 miles yesterday and 5 miles today...both attacks came on after exercise, not immediately but still afterwards not before. Can exercise provoke an attack??????? 2) It is also happening (both days) between lunch and dinner... I am going over 3 hours without eating, maybe 4 or 5? Could that be it? Do you think I could be building up pressure from not eating that long and doing so much exercise burning off calories? Do you think either of these things could cause an attack and why? I am of course willing to do whatever it takes to prevent attacks, they are terrible and these attacks are just enough to make me realize I REALLY don't want a bad one so I need to fix whatever I can now. Please please please any insight, advice, and help would be greatly appreciated!!!!!!! Traci Proverbs 3: 5-6 Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths. Happy moments, PRAISE GOD. Difficult moments, SEEK GOD. Quiet moments, WORSHIP GOD Painful moments, TRUST GOD. Every moment, THANK GOD.
