GB Cleanse With E.S in capsule form?

Hi All,

I have a question for anyone. I am doing the flush tonight and want to

take the epsom salts by capsule. How many capsules did you use and did

they dissolve internally as well as in the water the other way? I have

been fasting for over 91 hours, only consuming the lemonade from the

master cleanse, and have not had any lemonade since about 3 pm this

afternoon. I performed several flushes in the past but have got to the

point that epsom salts wont go past my lips. I am hoping this way is as

user friendly internally as the liquis version. I want to do these

every couple of weeks with the MC fast and need something that will

work for time and again.
