I still wish it was as good as whip cream and berries LOL

I didn't know we could stick some pineapple juice in; I wonder if it goes ok

with the grapefruit/olive oil. Capsules definately help me consume epsolm salt-

It's good to hear people benefit from this. These 'cleanses' knocked out my

pains, and shoulder pain was a major one. Keep up your health! The last time I

did one is like 6 months ago before I started my diet. When I started the diet,

I felt gallstone pain. So I went ahead and did the paragone, then oils. It

knocked out the discomfort, so I have dieted for 5 months. I know from that

experience, and what I've read online, that dieting or change of diet may create

more stones. I plan on keeping up the flushes at least twice a yr, and am

almost done with this Lindora diet. 55 pounds lighter :) but I swear, couldn't

have done it as successful without doing the flushes first.

What kills me is, the people I know are more interested in the diet I've done

than the " cure " . The same people who watched me suffer for years! There are

only a couple who will try the flush. 's protocol banished all kinds of

pains I had for yrs- 'fms'...migraines, boils, spasms, etc. If anyone is

afraid, I suggest to keep reading and really give more thought before you give

up.
