Flushed last night. Could I do a SWF this morning?

Instead of the epsons salts.

I did Oxypowder's cream and berries flush that doesn't require doing

anything the next day. Epson salts are not as effective for me and I

rather stay away from them. They just don't work right for me.

If I just need to have a bm, can't I just do a salt water flush?
