Guest guest
Hello group, I'm looking for some others' experience; I have an enlarged right lobe goiter/nodule that is causing all kinds of constriction problems. My thyroid seems to be making hormones, although the doc has me trying 25mcg Synthroid, which just has made my TSH go down (now .53 from .7)and Ft4 1.3 (.8-1.8 range), FT3 290 (230-420 range). Antibodies TPO 318 (0-12 range) TgAB 35 (0-45 range) However,an iodine spot urine test result is 47 ug/L 42-350 range. Doctor says " you're low, and need to repeat the test " . I'd love to hear other peoples opinions about this test, and if I should supplement with iodine. I do also have painful and " fiberous breasts " per the Gyno. Any thoughts are appreciated!
