, what type/brand of iodine did you use to paint the lump?

Fibrocystic Breast lumps

Hello, I have extremely lumpy and painful fibrocystic breasts. I have been taking Iodoral 50mg for about 2 months now and have seen some improvement but nothing to write home about. I began applying magnesium oil directly to my breasts about 3 weeks ago and haven't noticed any further improvement. This morning I decided to paint iodine directly on to the worst lump and I just noticed that it is almost TOTALLY GONE! I'm in shock...love it! Is this okay to do? Should I do more of the lumps? Should I still take the Iodoral with it if I do? Will it stay gone? Thanks for you input.

Many women here paint their breasts with iodine. It is perfectly fine. You

should be OK with taking it as well. Remember that all mucosal linings and

glands use iodine so there are many places it goes.

How about painting our neck around the thyroid area? I know the

thyroid prefers iodide, but...

If it's O.K. would it tend to keep you awake if you do it too late

in the evening?

I haven't heard of anyone doing that. Some do have issues with it giving

them energy so you will have to experiment. It seems to be so individual as

to how it effects people.

- I took iodoral and it did nothing for my cystic breasts, but when I applied iodine it really helped but not completely. This was just recently too, LOL! centralcoastcandles <graygator1@...> wrote: Hello, I have extremely lumpy and painful fibrocystic breasts. That sounds interesting. Might not be a bad idea to paint under the arms as well over lymph & sweat glands after my experience for many years of not eliminating what may well be odor producing bacteria, i.e. bodily impurities. Nodes & glands. I have tried making my own simple massage oil using detoxified iodine but this stuff is expensive. But I've never applied it more than twice. But Iodoral would contain much more iodine I recall. .centralcoastcandles <graygator1@...> wrote: Hello, I have extremely lumpy and painful fibrocystic breasts. ,

Iodine is essential for proper mitochondrial function and so is oxygen and glucose. Do you have any problems sleeping? Allergies? Asthma? Are you borerline anemic? All of these subjects have something to do with Benign Fibroadenoma, which I'm betting you already know can become malignant.
