Guest guest Posted May 26, 2006 Report Share Posted May 26, 2006 try breaking down the stones first, gcg, malic acid, taurine, beet root...these are some of the thigns i have learned from these . you might want to see an herbalist of some sort, they might be able to give you a nice cocktail or something i have 2 stones that are almost 10mm so no worries! It's been hurting ever since. I just took a spoon of epsom salt (today, meaning the morning after the pain started) with some lemon and apple juice. I've been taking chinese bitters and gcg...maybe they're breaking down the stones! I hope that little bugger comes out I'll let you know how it all goes... So yeh don't worry! Just relax, do the cleanse and push all those little crappers out of you!
