Guest guest
Hi Group. First, I mis-spelled " selflessly " , but I guess y'all knew what I wanted to say. Oregano costs very little. I took capsules made from the whole herb, roots, leaves and everything, and maybe they cost 40 bucks including shipping to Asia. But I would have paid anything to cure what was a very difficult problem without invasive procedures, colonoscopies and damaging X-rays. Indeed, the capsules worked almost immediately, within an hour, and then I didn't need to take any more after the first few. I think I might have got a similar effect from the whole herb which they sometimes sell in supermarkets where they have the spice rack. It's a great herb for Mediterranean cooking, e..g. with fish, tomatos, olive oil and white wine. As Dave says, the degree of success will depend on the strain of pathogen. Some pathogens will be sensitive to oregano, others to goldenseal, etc. When we have a pathogen issue, it may require some experimentation with different herbs to see what works on each particular occasion, but I guess we owe it to ourselves to find out.
