Guest guest
One big critisism I have of s Moritz and his liver cleanse advice and protocol, is that I feel he does not give enough credence, to the importance of decongesting the liver before doing the actual liver cleanse..I find that julia chang of www.sensiblehealth.com covers this fact very well. Also I do not believe for one minute that colonic irrigation does much for the body, other than wash out the colon, remove what good bacterias and bad bacterias that there were and leave a very dry and shocked colon..I know because I have experienced it.. To remove layers of old hardened faeces from the colon requires much more than colonic irrgation. s implies that most people have no problems at all with the liver cleanse, but I am sorry this is not true! Many people may on occassions have totally unsuccessful cleanses where they feel very nauseous and feel rough for days afterwards..and no one mentions the fact either that some people may have thin wall disease, which would mean that they have an inheritied miasm in their livers..so need to go very easy with liver cleansing anyways! In fact this is not mentioned at all in The amazing liver cleanse book..I choose this book because its one of the best on liver cleansing, however there are a few areas left wanting in my opinion. www.healerswhoshare.com a fascinating site and one method of healing I shall be persuing, will let the group know in due course how it all goes. Please do not think that I am advocating people do not do liver cleansing, but proper preparation as suggested for example by julia chang of www.sensiblehealth.com is advisable, and many views suggests even doing a parasite cleanse before. I have found an excellent and economical parasite cleanse www.humaworm.com I am impressed that the herbs are prepared on the premisses just before going out to the customer..one does not often get this service these days! hoep this may help newcomers to get the best out of their liver and gallbladder cleansing regimes.
