Because I am a thyroid cancer patient. I had it removed and have received three rounds of RAI - 100 mCi's 150 mCi's & 250 mCi's. I have had 6 full body scans and no there is no tissue left. My uptake was .3% on my last scan. There's nothing left.

,Just wondering, how do you know that you don't have any thyroid tissueanywhere in your body? Have you had a full body scan? I was told Ihad no thyroid also, but they were wrong. It took us 8 years tofigure that one out!
