Guest guest
>>>My HDL (good cholesterol) was also a little low, he recommends more exercise (I already do about 3 times a week, 2 hours each). <<< Hi Shefy, You may already do this as part of your daily regimen, but I added triple omegas to my daily supplements and increased my HDL significantly, bringing it into a healthier range. I use 2 capsules, twice a day, taken with breakfast and evening meals. The brand I use is " Perque's Triple EFA Guard " prescribed by my Holistic MD. Essential fatty acids (EFAs) are found in oily fish and are highly regarded as natural anti-inflammatories. >>>He also thinks I have IBS bc of constipation and rare diarhea.<<< I was tested for food allergies, because of IBS-like symptoms and found I have allergies to eggs, wheat, corn and soy. I didn't know this before I got tested, but apparently food allergies are a common cause of IBS, along with hormonal fluctuations amongst other things. Peace, n
