Guest guest
>>>I did the flush a year ago with pretty good results and considerable indigestion. I tried it again 3 weeks ago, because I am still having pains typical of liver/gallbladder congestion. This time the indigestion was so severe...<<< Hi , A recent natural cure I've discovered for indigestion is cloves, taken either crushed and dissolved in water, in capsule form or as clove extract. Usually, nothing extra is advisable during a flush, as I understand all supplements other than flush ingredients are to be avoided. Also, not sure of why this would be occurring for you, personally, so don't want to make anything worse for you. However, you could always try a single dose of cloves during a regular bout of indigestion, first, to see if this works for you, as a remedy. My father now takes a dose, morning and evening, half an hour before breakfast and dinner and this works for him. The added benefits of cloves are that they act as an anti-inflammatory, as well as being anti-parasitic. Another amazing benefit is for anyone with Type 2 diabetes, as studies have now shown that by eating extract of cloves daily there is an improvement in insulin function, as well lowering glucose, triglycerides and total cholesterol. I have found clove extract and capsules difficult to find in health food or vitamin stores, but they are available for purchase online. Also, if purchasing clove extract, be sure it is the ingestable kind and not topical, as the latter is toxic. Peace and all the best in your search for answers, n
