Guest guest
Does anyone have suggestions for how to deal with severe indigestion from the ingredients of Dr. 's gallbladder flush. I did the flush a year ago with pretty good results and considerable indigestion. I tried it again 3 weeks ago, because I am still having pains typical of liver/gallbladder congestion. This time the indigestion was so severe that I had to get up out of bed after drinking the olive oil and I drank some almond milk. That didn't help very much so I ended up cutting the flush short by eating a full meal in the middle of the night. The indigestion consisted of extreme acid stomach after every one of the flush ingredients, combined with unending belching that forced me to sit up in bed. The flush I did a year ago was with grapefruit. I tried apple juice this time thinking it would be less acidic, but it was even worse. I suspect it is the epsom salts that are the main cause of the acid stomach. Is this indigestion a sign that my gallbladder is falling down on the job too much to be helped? Is there an alternative to the epsom salts?
