Since finally being at a good fill level (my 3rd fill giving me 6cc in an APS

band), I do great for a meal or 2, then have trouble at the next. I've barfed

2x's since the fill (a month ago today), but they were both when I was eating on

the go, standing up, and probably rushing (one time was applesauce, so I didn't

think to take tiny bites).

I'm really working on the small bites issue. I have been taking what I thought

were small bites, about 1/2 inch pieces, or the size of my fingernail (per my

dr's suggestion), but sometimes think that's too much. Then, I saw where Sandy

posted about the bites being the size of a pea...well, I think mine are like 3

peas...so that explains it :(

I also didn't realize I should do liquids for the meal after I get stuck (does

this count if the pain goes away in a minute or so, and I don't slime?...is that

even considered stuck?). Have I messed anything up by not doing this so far?

I'm LOVING finally having restriction, but there is definitely a learning curve

when going from NO restriction to Yayyyyyy I feel it now :)

Leaving Monday for our cruise and I am so excited that I have restriction before

hand :) I already warned hubby that I'm bringing my workout stuff so I can get

in my workouts...he just rolled his eyes at me hehehe. But I've found that I

really enjoy going to the gym...I know, I'm a weirdo, but it gets me away from

the craziness of being a stay at home, homeschooling mom for just a little bit

of me time. Then, when I get home, I'm in a better mood and deal with the kids

so much better.
