Melatonin - I'm desperate for sleep at night !!

Does anyone know where I can purchase good quality Melatonin here in the UK or a

website

overseas ? I'd like to get some to assist my sleep - I can't sleep till 2 or

3am - I'm going nuts

! I've only taken Armour for 9 days and I haven't got my cortisol results back

yet ... but want

to try the Melatonin.

An alternative thing to help you unwind to go to sleep is mimosa tea, I buy this from paris-lotus.com. Drink a cup of it 3/4 hour before bed.
