Guest guest
Can you add anything to the Epsom salts to make it taste any better? Does using lemons work better than grapefruit? My wife and I are starting our first cleanse tomorrow. Is it recommended to use something to strain the movement?
Guest guest
Hi, I would dissolve them in a little water then add grapefruit juice to it, to the desired amount and use that to help make them more palatable. I have a tremendous aversion to epsom salts now after doing many many flushes. I have been using this method now for the last 3 flushes and it really makes a difference. I have noticed a trend that people who use large amounts of lemon with olive oil that they seem to purge the mixture before it can really do any good. I have never used lemon in any of my liver flushes, but routinely do the Master Cleanse (lemonade cleanse) with the liver flushes and and find that together they really provide health benefits. As far as straining goes, I have never done that but do try to evaluate the process.
