Guest guest
Does anybody have any ideas? Will doing more flushes help heal the fatty liver, or is there something else I need to do? > > I just came back from the dr- I got the results from my last u/s and > blood tests, and had more bloodwork done today. > > My liver enzymes are slightly elevated. Guest guest
Hi Ruth, More flushes will definitely help but there is more that you need to do. The picture of doing a flush and having the liver and gallbladder emptying out is a fatally simplistic view. The flushes support and stimulate a natural process which at times gets the gallbladder to release crepitus that it is having trouble with for one reason or another. Diet and lifestyle changes away from the above that got you in the position are foundational in attaining optimal health. Nutrienting, supporting, and protecting the liver/gallbladder from further damage also a very good idea. The gallbladder/liver flush is a very valuable " trick " but not a cure by any means. Always, in all ways, -Dave ----- Original Message ----- From: Ruth<mailto:Ruth811@...> gallstones <mailto:gallstones > Sent: Friday, August 18, 2006 10:04 AM Subject: Re: How to treat fatty liver? Guest guest
OK, so what kind of dietary changes should I be making? Is it enough that I'm no longer taking the prescription drugs I took a few years ago? > > > > I just came back from the dr- I got the results from my last u/s and > > blood tests, and had more bloodwork done today. > > > > My liver enzymes are slightly elevated.
