Guest guest
Well it could be hormone surges. Remember that iodine gets into adrenals as well as the ovaries. I have had some whacky cycles when I have increased my iodine. It could be detox reactions too. It's hard to really know sometimes. As long as I keep getting better I don't worry too much. Guest guest
That's how I sneak it in my kids. You can mix it with butter too. That works well. My friend mixes butter with flax oil and they spread it on bread. Guest guest
If you only have Coconut Oil, Raw Butter and Olive oil in your home, you will find a ton of different ways to use it. Everyone knows how really BAD those oil sprays (Pam) are for you, grease your pans when you bake. Use it for baking instead of shortening, fry up some eggs or potatoes, oh my gosh I use Coconut oil for just about everything! Guest guest
Weston A. Price Foundation has a wealth of info on VCO. " During the period of rapid increase in heart disease (1920-1960), American consumption of animal fats declined but consumption of hydrogenated and industrially processed vegetable fats increased dramatically. " (USDA-HNI) http://www.westonaprice.org/mythstruths/mtnutrition.html http://www.westonaprice.org/knowyourfats/coconut_oil.html http://www.realmilk.com/formularecipes.html And this one for those with babies at home.
