Hmm....I have always had constipation problems; lifelong. I have been taking 50 mgs. Iodoral daily since late August and have only sporadically experienced constipation; it is more like my bowels are finally becoming more normal. I have had IBS problems for years and that has improved on Iodoral. I am more regular now than I have been my entire life. So taking Iodoral has been a godsend for me. C.
