Guest guest
> I am having issues with being more constipated on 75 mgs than 50 mgs. > > > -----> , I'm sorry ....could you remind me again why your taking such high doses? You're seeing Brownstien right? Have you asked him about this? When I've brought it up with Flechas he really wasn't helpful other than to recommend Mg. But if I use the amount of Mg needed to stop the constipation I get very loose bowels...there's no inbetween. And my poor mom's get so loose shes' scared to leave the house. Lynne (another poster on this list) contacted Abrahams. He really wasn't helpful either just saying it was probably the binder of silica in the iodoral. I doubt that since I use plenty of other supplements with silica and don't have a problem. Lynn
Guest guest
It matters what type of magnesium you are taking. Some, like mag oxide will go > right through you. It is finding the type agrees with you and building to the > right dose. I have found that mag glycinate is very absorbable and `Natural > Calm' is great too. -----> Natural Calm works the best for me but if I use enough to get rid of the constipation I get loose bowels and feel draggy the next day. I'll try mag glycinate. Too much Mag. does not agree well with me. I have to be careful. Lynn
