Guest guest
Hi Sheila, Genova is a bit more expensive, but they seem to have stricter rules on specimen quality and storage, which I take as a good sign. They also seemed more willing to answer follow-up questions. When I used NPTech, they failed to respond to two emails I sent after the test asking for clarification on the interpretation of results. But I've only used each of them once, so don't take my word as gospel. I know that Dr P told me that Genova Diagnostics is better, but are they not more expensive. I think Genova Diagnostics do write a lot more on the results sheets and that NPTech are rather 'sparce' in their information and leave a lot to be desired there, and having to interpret NPTech's results isn't as easy.
