Guest guest
Hi I havealways wanted to try a gallstone flush, but have heard somewhere that it is a definate no-no to do it b4 first killing parasites. My budget is very tight right now and the parasite program seems to be quite lengthy, so doing a gallstone flush is something right now that appeals to me. I just recently transitioned to a vegan diet, after coming off a 15 day fast (began as the Master Cleanse, but the last 9 days were water fasting). Anyway, is this the consensus? Anyone have any personal insight into this to share? Bright Blessings, Suzy
Guest guest
Doing the flush without the parasite cleanse is better than doing nothing. In the meantime, try to incorporate anti parasite things into your diet such as garlic.......... look into herbs that may be helpful for parasites. These may be plentifully found in nature at this time of year and may also work well. CAUTION - some are very potent, so do your research carefully.
