Guest guest
I am wondering if this this letter would be alright Thank you Carol Mr S Pheonix Chief Executive Wharf House Medway Wharf Road Tonbridge Kent TN9 1RE Dear Mr Pheonix Thank you for your letter dated 14th December, which was received on the 26th December. I am extremely concerned that you have closed this case without giving me even the time to reply to your letter. Firstly, I now have a copy of the letter that Dr. Singh says he did not receive, dated 1st November 2007, he stated that he had not received this letter please find a copy enclosed with the office stamps of 5th and 7th November, the sort you find when they are stamped on being opened and read. Secondly, how can you find it acceptable that someone claims a position when they are no longer in that position, whether they left it 20 years ago or 20 minutes ago they no longer hold that position. I am not happy with your letter it does not address my questions nor does it appear to have dealt with it at all let alone fairly. I wish the case to be reopened because the original complaint has not reached a satisfactory conclusion. And I want to know why it was closed. If you cannot deal with this matter fairly then I will have to go to the Independent Advisory Complaints Service (ICAS), whom I believe will take this up for me.
