Guest guest
And yes, it is sung to that oldies tune, but I digress. I have not been able to flush since November and this is the time of the year I get my worst gallbladder attack -- the good news and bad news is I'm too busy (but at leaste my bills are finally getting paid). However, this time the severe pain is on my left side just around the scapula and not the right and I don't feel the pain on the right and the swelling of the liver behind my ribcage which I normally associate with an impending attack. This has been a problem for me before. An acupuncturist told me it was my spleen and that eating more warming foods would take care of the problem (my intake of raw foods has been substantial lately because I don't have time to cook because my life is bonkers between Christmas and April 15). Does anybody have any ideas about what the left pain is? The acpuncturist said it was my spleen, but I've heard pancreatitis thrown around this group as well as being from the left side. I just drank a 10 oz glass of warm water and epsom salts. Also, I also recently read about a more extended flush that could be done over a period of weeks. Since I'm so busy right now, do you think that would be an option? Is it in one of s' books? I only have the Amazing Liver/Gallbladder flush. Thanks!
