Guest guest
>>>I was wondering if the flush would still work (obviously not as well) with a lower dose of the olive oil? Instead of a cup of oil/lemon, how about 1/2 cup?? <<< Hi Shefy, In addition to Tandra's suggestion, there are " slow " flushes out there that you can try, which have been mentioned in previous postings and should be in the archives at site. E.g. smaller amounts of olive oil, blended with lemon juice and taken first thing in the morning on an empty stomach over an extended period weeks. Although I haven't tried a slow flush, myself, it appears they seem to work as a gentler alternative for some people. One thing that has worked for me is to use a lot of home made balsamic dressing (1:1 ratio of oil to vinegar) with freshly crushed garlic on a whole avocado, causing a spontaneous flush of stones the following day. The vinegar seems to have a similar effect to the lemon or grapefruit juice and the avocado is packed with good fat that gets the liver contracting. The fresh garlic is good for parasite busting with antibacterial properties (as does vinegar). Eat this on an empty stomach for lunch every day for a week and see how you do. If you don't get results, at least you will have eaten something healthy and GB friendly! Peace, n
