One of the issues for me is that Gail and I, for a variety of good reasons, don't eat at the same time, but we usually eat in the same place, the kitchen/family room. Whether we are at the table or in a comfy chair, it is all the same room. So if she's eating a couple hours after (or before) I am, that tempts me. And vice versa. With out current schedules there isn't really a way to avoid it, unfortunately. But we keep on keeping on. -- Best regards, Dan mailto:honu@... " just havent gotten around to it. interestingly enough, i tend to eat less when i am eating with people. i talk, and put my fork down a lot more than when i am alone!!
