$300 ($150 for the Dr. and $150 for the flouro). I never thought to ask

about 2nd fills...

They give you 2 weeks to decide about the level of the fill. The doctor

charges $150 and the hospital charges $159 but gives a discount of 10%

if you pay the bill within 10 days.
