Guest guest
, What you're describing may not be a head cold. It seems like the iodine is causing bromide detox in the sinuses. This is common. http://breastcancerchoices.org/bromidedetoxsymptomsandstrategies.html Have you tried the salt loading protocol? I noticed last week (in a previous post) that my nodule seemed to be larger and my neck was tender so I took a 5 day break from Iodoral. During the last 2 weeks of Iodoral use (just before I took a break); I was waking up every morning with a head cold. When I started the Iodoral again...the head cold is back even though I am starting with a smaller dose of 25mgs.Until now I never made the connection that my head congestion was due to the Iodoral. Does anybody have a clue what's going on? Thanks, Who's never won? Biggest Grammy Award surprises of all time on AOL Music.
Guest guest
>Lynn, I think you hit the nail on the head. My sinuses have been draining all day. I did do the salt as you recommended but if I wanted just to push threw this for a couple more days does that much salt bother you. Should I be concerned about throwing off my potassium levels. I don't see my doc until the end of the week. Thanks again, > > , > > What you're describing may not be a head cold. It seems like the iodine is > causing bromide detox in the sinuses.
