Guest guest
Hi Group! This is my first posting. I am also a memeber of the adrenal fatigue group. I just posted there for the first time. My posting is below. Not only have my adrenals been fatigued but I have had gallstones for about 10 years. I was diaganosed in 1996. I am posting here as well to see if anyone with gallstones/gallbladder problems have had weight gain in the mid section. If anyone in this forum has dealt with this due to gallstones/gallbladder problems and has been successful dealing with it I would appreciatie ANY information! PS I have never done a liver gallbladder flush as I am worried that the stones are too big and will get stuck! Thanks! AJ Here is my tale, I am a 36 year old male. Who at the end of last May discovered after going to a Holistic Practitioner that the symptoms I had been suffering from for years, and I mean YEARS were from adrenal fatigue. Some of my classic symptoms are/were, Extreme fatigue, the food cravings, low libido, broken sleep since 1998! And weight gain around the mid section, a little in the chest area and a little under the chin. (I have 0 fat elsewhere on my body) to name a few. I work full time as an actor and singer so having fat in my mid section is NOT A GOOD THING! I am 6'2 and hide it well. BUT it's still not good. I do realize that treating things holistically takes time, years even if your adrenals have been taxed as long as mine have been. My practitioner is AMAZING and I am feeling so much better. But after reading so many wonderful posts on this group I wanted to turn to the members and see if anyone had any suggestions they could recommend to help speed things along in regard to any of my symptoms above, ESPECIALLY the fat retention. I am in very good shape otherwise. I am a certified fitness professional who on occasion teaches aerobics classes. (I took time off from the gym to rest the adrenals.) In 94 I had Hep A so my liver was taxed. And I have gallstones. Thanks so much in advance for any of your suggestions. I hope you are on your way to optimum health!
