Guest guest
It helps if you tell us your band date! If you're a fairly new post- op, this is likely simply scar tissue that has formed, or a small hematoma, which will absorb in time. If you're a long way out from sutgery, no telling what it is - so please see your family doc if you're conerned. Sandy R > > I have this new bump just below my sternum port and it's freaky! Guest guest
D'oh! Of course it would! I'm so out of it! I had my lapband done Feb.2003 and have gone from 330lbs to 185lbs todate! I feel great. I have a little bit of slippage due to a couple of months ago I had a stomach virus and has vomitting/dry heaving alot. It moved a little out of place, but no defill needed. I have no pain, no reflux, no marked restriction (can eat and drink as usual)...just this new bump has developed and I feel like an alien is gonna pop out soon! > > > > I have this new bump just below my sternum port and it's freaky! > It's > > not hot or warm to the touch or red or anything...but when I lay on > > my back, I can feel my port and then just below it another bump! > Does > > anyone else have this and is it ok? Guest guest
Ummm...I have no idea what it is! Can't see it! A 100 things it could be. check in with your family doc - a " laying on of hands " is needed. And your weight loss is awesome - great job!
