Guest guest
Hi Everyone, I had Lapband on 09/20/06 and am totally bloated with a HUGE amount of gas. Is this normal or should I be concerned. Do you ever feel normal again? Thanks..

But seriously....yes, your gas and pain will disappear. The more you walk the better it will be. Walk, and then walk some more. dan -- Dan Lester, Boise, ID honu@... www.mylapband.tk Dr. Ortiz, Tijuana, 4/28/03 323/209/199 Age 63 The road goes on forever..... Guest guest
, How are you doing? I received my band on 9/20/06 & have lost about 16 pounds. Everything seems to be going well. Do you keep up with your calories everyday. Have you received your first fill. Thanks for your reply. I just now have been able to read my mail because all the problems scared me. Guest guest
Welcome and , - sometimes it looks like all the posts are filled with problems. That is because most of us who are breezing along don't write often enough! And, most of the time I really am not breezing along. Still fight the demons in my head most days and I am 10 mos. out. I am 10 mos out, have lost about 70 lbs and have 7 or so more to go. I have been working on that last 7 lbs for 2 months or so. Congrats on your decision to be banded and best wishes. Guest guest
, Sorry it took me a couple of days to reply. I average about 1100 calories a day. I do exercise. I do 5 days of cardio and 2-3 days a week of strength training with a personal trainer. I also do a lot of physical things that I never did before in addition to going to the gym. My husand and I bicycle 2-3 times a month and do a 30 mile trail. We took a kayak tour of inland salt water marshes last weekend. I ran the breast cancer 5k last Saturday with my daughter. How are you doing?
