Re: My TMJ pain has gone away after starting high dose iodine

Just a side note to this. My friend who was told he had TMJ and also had

bruxism (night time

teeth grinding). I convinced him to try high dose magnesium for a while because

of the several

studies that link a deficiency to jaw muscle issues.

He now is totally free of any of the nightly grinding and daytime muscle

soreness that was

diagnosed as TMJ. He no longer has to wear a mouth guard to sleep after 10+

years.

Thanks Sharon. But for your input, I was scared going

into milligram doses of iodine. I will try and see.

Good for you, Ratan! I don't think there is anything to be afraid of

with a good knowledge base and good support, both of which we have on

this list. Just trust your intuition and go at your own pace.
