Guest guest
Just a side note to this. My friend who was told he had TMJ and also had bruxism (night time teeth grinding). I convinced him to try high dose magnesium for a while because of the several studies that link a deficiency to jaw muscle issues. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/query.fcgi?cmd=Retrieve & db=PubMed & list_uids=2\ 130443 & dopt=Abstract He now is totally free of any of the nightly grinding and daytime muscle soreness that was diagnosed as TMJ. He no longer has to wear a mouth guard to sleep after 10+ years. --- sharflin <sharflin@...> wrote: > Hi & FYI, I just posted the message below at a few TMJ groups. > I wanted to post here too in case anyone had TMJ problems. Guest guest
Thanks Sharon. But for your input, I was scared going into milligram doses of iodine. I will try and see. Congratulations. Guest guest
Good for you, Ratan! I don't think there is anything to be afraid of with a good knowledge base and good support, both of which we have on this list. Just trust your intuition and go at your own pace. Best wishes!
