The protocol is not about hydration it is about detoxification. Most, if not

all, detox treatments (barring fiber supplements) stress, and need to, the

eliminatory system that you are using. It is not natural to drink 8 oz of lemon

juice mixed with 8 oz. of olive oil all at once after taking a bucket load of

epsom salts either. -Dave

Subject: One size does not fit all...

although I understand the importance of drinking water..it does not make sense

to drink such a large volume in one go!

Firstly we are all different some people have weak kidneys, and this amount of

water in one go could cause further kidney stress..

IT makes more sense to drink this amount gently say throughout the morning.

Also to some extent our thirst dictates what we need to drink..although for

many of us its true, our natural thirst has been distorted and damanged, so that

we cannot always distinguish our true thirst.

I agree most of us need to drink more..but not this amount all in one go?

just my thoughts..

The protocol may be about detoxing, but to drink a large amount of water like

this daily for any amount of time..may stress weak kidneys...

I am sure the body can only detox at a certain rate anyway, and really drinking

a larger volume I cannot see does have a real benefit..of course I may be wrong!

thanks
