Guest guest Posted May 22, 2006 Report Share Posted May 22, 2006 I think that we are all different and sometimes we need to lower certain food groups in our overall diet ..in order to suit our particular digestive system. Maybe when we have cleansed our livers etc quite a few times and also done some colon cleansing ...we may be able to tolerate moderate amounts of certain foods. Its so hard when you find that many foods disagree..its like what is there left that I can eat!! I am going to try the apple cider vinegar as I know its a good substance to take and does help with stones in the liver and the gallbladder. Fermented raw goods are good for all of us too. I find the hardest food to give up is dairy..but I know my body prefers it when i don;t have dairy.! I actually get a horrible smell on my skin when I take dairy..shows my body cannot get rid of it. Also I read somewhere recently I think it was on www.notmilk.com that if we give up dairy completely even for one whole week..we get rid of a great deal of mucuous!
