Hi folks

I have not been able to sleep. My lower left hand backache is so bad I

cannot walk without assistance for the pain. I have aches in nearly

every muscle in my body. My wrists hurt and so do my elbows. Do you

think I should raise my armour or do you think it is adrenal?
