Guest guest
What is this cream and berries bit? It seems like it would interfere with a successful flush. Lori ----- Original Message ----- From: never_connected gallstones Sent: Wednesday, June 21, 2006 8:30 PM Subject: Should I flush again tonight? This was my 4th flush and it didn't go so well. I did the cream and berries flush and everything as usual. My 2nd epsons was at 9:30pm and my cream and berries was at 11:30pm. I was up all night running to the bathroom every 15 minutes. I fianlly drank the OO/GF at about 5:15am. I felt some nasuea which I don't usually and didn't feel any " trail " of stones or anything in that area. I woke up around 12pm really nauesated. I got up to go to the bathroom and the stairs killed me and I threw up some of the oo/gf. Most of the nausea went away after this. I did the first espon around 3:30pm and the second around 10pm. I haven't eaten anything today, I slept most of the day, the epsons are just now maybe working (lots of rumbling, very very little bms or " buttpee " ) Any " bms " I have had have had 0 stones and I always see at least tiny pebbles with the first one. Since I haven't eaten today and have already done 2 epson salts, should I attempt another OO/GF mixture tonight? I feel like maybe I shouldn't because it might be too much on my body, I'm a little weak, some dehydration which I will be drinking a lot of water before I flush.. I just feel like this was a waste and don't want to wait another few days or 2 weeks before doing it again. This time, I Think the problem is maybe taking the OO/GF so much later than usual.. Jen

Guest guest
Have you done a parasite flush? I did the flush according to s Moritz and I avoided dairy for six days and only ate a little meat and subsisted on a lot of apple juice and lighter fare like fruits and vegetables and a little rice. And then I did the epsom salts at 6PM, 8PM, olive oil and grapefruit juice at 10PM, then the epsom salts at 6AM and 8AM the next day. I flushed out all kinds of stuff. I was under the impression that pasteurized dairy can really interfere the gallbladder doing a flush and can even exacerbate the problem -- unpasteurized dairy would be okay, except not the day of the flush. Plus eating so soon before a flush can make you sick -- it needs time to digest and dairy doesn't digest very quickly. Please someone correct me if I'm wrong. Guest guest
It's counter intuitive but in the right time place flush the cream and berries can do things. Only did it once that way and got good results. This is one of Dr ways... one of them Z ----- Original Message ----- From: Lori gallstones Sent: Wednesday, June 21, 2006 11:07 PM Subject: Re: Re: Should I flush again tonight? I don't know all the scientifics. I just know doing the heavy cream flush doesn't make me sick and I get just as much stones out as doing Hulda's recipe. I've done 2 of each way now and the results have been about the same. I use " Organic Valley " brand heavy whipping cream which is even " ultra pasteurized " ..So I guess that's worse than regular pasteurized. There's no/(or a trace) of lactose in heavy whipping cream..that might have something to do with it. I prefer the cream and berries because I don't get the hunger which drives me nuts about Hulda's recipie. I get way too hungry with that one and it's harder to relax and sleep in that position with my stomach growling. I'd prefer not to use cream of all things..but oh well, it works for me..might as well stick with it. Jen Anyway, update incease anyone else sees this too late.. As for the original question, I've decided not to flush again tonight. I started too, ate like 2 cups of blueberries and only a couple sips of cream and stones finally started coming. Couple big ones too. Weird. So I went and ate real food.
Guest guest
Hi Jen, Most of my research has lead me to understand that you are only to repeat the flush every 2 weeks. Therefore, I would advise to wait. Your body needs to replenish itself of lost nutrients, electrolytes, etc.. I feel dehydrated when doing the flush and drink extra water up to 1/2 hour before the epsom salt drinks. Guest guest
NO - give your body time to reuperate. It's advised to flush every TWO weeks. ~S
