Guest guest Posted July 7, 2006 Report Share Posted July 7, 2006 I've joined the http://troopshomefast.org fast and am on the fourth day. I'd been having some gall bladder pain because had been on an ice cream binge for a few weeks, so that's gone. Though I do feel more pain from doing a lot of running around protesting. Am on lemon juice and peppermint tea fast since I'm not suicidal, plus juicing veggies/fruits once a day. Also doing a bit of epsom salts when don't need to go out just to keep gall bladder relaxed.
