You drink the olive oil and some of it slides into your gallbladder. The olive

oil that doesn't enter the gall bladder then continues to the colon and out the

poop shute

Just one question

Does food/olive oil from the colon actually pass up INTO the gall

bladder -

I would have though this to be an avenue of possible infection if it

does ??

As far as we know, none of the olive oil slips or passes up into your

gallbladder. You absorb the lipids which are filtered out by the liver and

excreted into the bile (increasing the amount of bile since the lipids are the

major component). The ingestion of the olive oil stimulates both the production

and excretion of bile (by the gallbladder) as well. when you open up the flood

gates, stones and gravel are washed out. -Dave
