Guest guest
Thanks to all of you who answered my post. Thanks to Suzanne who suggested looking at the links section of the site - I'd overlooked this! - and who said: Although yoghurt is easier to digest than most other dairy products, it may be a good isea to avoid it for now. I learned the hard way - another attack came on after a couple of hours. I decided to make myself sick, rather than suffer it while my body digested what I'd eaten. That was pretty uncomfortable in the middle of an attack but it seemed to do the trick as the pain subsided again after an hour. I wish I'd thought of that the night before! My biggest problem with a gallbladder attack is the way it exhausts me, due to ME/CFS. Today I'm like a limp rag and yet have to try to get out to the shops to buy the necessary foods, like the ingredients for the green soup and, if they're hopefully available in my neck of the woods, some beets. Thanks again. Alison God bless Give food to the hungry every day with a simple click, at no cost to you. Visit http://www.thehungersite.com today! -- No virus found in this outgoing message.
