Who here has not lost weight many times before? THIS time, let's change behaviors so we KEEP it off... Sandy --------- 1. mayo 2. Soda and other sweet drinl 3. alcohol 4. Processed lunch meats 5. Hot dogs and sausage 6. Whole milk 7. " Gourmet " Ice cream 8. Creamy salad dressings 9.
