Guest guest
This might sound odd but I've been craving butter.........just wondered if that means I need to put more fat in my diet or what? Has anyone else experienced this? Also, since using food enzymes I have seen a huge improvement in my digestion. Dee

Guest guest
Hi Dee, Every cell of our body needs a good quality animal fat in order to function properly. Sounds like you are repairing cells now that you have better digestion, assimilation, and elimination due to the enzymes. You'll need some good quality fat as part of your diet to aid the repair and clean out process. Butter (ideally raw unpasturized organically raised, but eat what you can get), is one of the best foods you can put in your body in spite of the " low-fat " diet dictocrats... don't neglect other good forms of fat like virgin coconut oil, flax oil, borage oil, extra virgin olive oil as a part of your daily diet. Extra lecithin will help everything too. Best Regards, Vince > > This might sound odd but I've been craving butter.........just wondered if that means I need to put more fat in my diet or what? > Has anyone else experienced this? > Also, since using food enzymes I have seen a huge improvement in my digestion. > Dee > > >
Guest guest
It is strange before the flood in the scriptures man lived a long time and did not eat meat after the flood a curse was pronouced on them and they started to eat meat and they did not live as long Vince sounds like a lobist for the dairy council or maybe even the fda enjoy your butter as your having your gallbladder attacks as it wont help your gallbladder or liver much. It will cause mucus then the mucus would harden and cause plaque , that will cause bacteria and fungus growth and this is the cause of all disease sheltons solution is to continue to eat stuff that causes mucus then is sprayed with Hydrochloroc acid and putrifyes until it is broken down with bacteria and putridfication his solution is not to limit the food that causes mucus but to add the acid the breaks it down the same acid that causes ulcers in the stomach that causes irritated gallbladder the same acids that cause colitus and intestinal dammage the same acids that cause arthritius , gout the same acids that breed bacteria and fungus growth the same acids that put a nail into your coffin the same acids that put a dollar in your doctors pockets Vince Richter wrote: > Hi Dee, Every cell of our body needs a good quality animal fat in > order to function properly. Guest guest
Gee, that's funny. According to my scriptural information, Abel, son of Adam, " offered the firstborn of his herds and flocks " . What were these, pets? Please don't tell me they were raised simply for their skins. As someone who raises livestock I can tell you it's too much work to raise them just for their skins. More than likely they were eating these creatures and drinking their milk. You have a right to voice your opinion, but you have managed to continually attack by name many of the most knowledgeable and sensible people on this list. I for one am growing weary of it. Guest guest
My understanding is that before the Flood, people didn't eat meat but they did drink milk and eat other dairy products, as well as use wool- why else would Cain have been a shepard if they had no use for any animal products? Or am I getting it backwards- did Abel have the flocks and Cain was the farmer? > > It is strange before the flood in the scriptures man lived a long time > and did not eat meat > > after the flood a curse was pronouced on them and they started to eat > meat and they did not live as long > >

Guest guest
O.K., I have been trying to ignore and avoid most of this but am obviously going to allow myself to be drawn into another ludicrous discussion again. Please see responses to and ramblings below. ----- Original Message ----- From: Belskis<mailto:brian0017@...> gallstones <mailto:gallstones > Sent: Monday, March 20, 2006 9:56 AM Subject: Re: Re: Craving Butter i am not religious so religious rules about what is off topic and what is not will be disregarded -Now, now , Vince was just pointing out that the topic of this group is Gallbladders not religion. the proper format for expressing doctrinal and scriptural errors would be of course, and is, off list. and there is no rule that non religious people cant use and talk about the bible -Absolutely correct , but if one does not wish to look like a fool, one might be well advised to make sure that they are accurate. While bypassing all of the spelling and grammatical blips until now I do have to question this one... -, since you have observed the last name countless times and it is not spelled even remotely similar to your spelling above, I am only left with three possible conclusions (or is that contusions?). Either it was purposeful for the sake of positioning (troll), you smoke a lot of pot before putting fingers to keyboard, or, if not a troll ; just as effective- unwittingly. The latest forays into the group, sword unsheathed, waving it indiscriminately, now lead me to this concern. I also assume you have spell checking capacity on your computer and are possibly ignoring it for positioning purposes (troll). A sort of tickling of the ear with a feather, so to speak. -Because seems well versed in some of the more esoteric schools of natural healing and health I have until now considered all of this to be well intentioned, misinformed, or misunderstood. I now have to seriously question this. Moderators please take note. I am not advocating removal but am bringing a concern of intent. Considering the previous discussions concerning the role of HCL in properly breaking down proteins, the above reference to " spraying " HCL until the supposed mucus causing foods putrefy seems mean spirited in the least. -For those of you who have been members of the group for awhile, little need be said. For those of you who are new to the group, you might want to take what says with a grain of salt... and a couple of grains of HCL so it doesn't putrefy while trying to digest. Always, in all ways, -Dave
Guest guest
religious is one of the many totally meaningless words since it means as many different things as there are people to use the word. whether or not you are religious also has nothing to do with the topic for which this list was created by it's owner. It has nothing whatsoever to do with the desire of the owner to stay roughly on-topic. It's their call just like it's your call what is done with your property and how it's used. This isn't rocket science after all... Unfortunately, there are a few people with no respect for other people's property, and they need rules and enforcement of the rules. Guest guest
My intent is to set people free from false concepts I know abstaining from meat and dairy restores healing because I myself have done so I know that false hunger pains are caused by the damaged digestive tract of a person who eats an acidic diet because I myself ate an acidic diet and had false hunger pains from the damage of my digestive tract. I went 40 days with drinking nothing but fresh squeeezed orange juice and home distilled water and herbal tea eating nothing else. first 6 days were the hardest until the hunger cravings due to ulcers in my digestive system were healed I myself also use to believe that the hunger pains were do to my need to eat fatty foods every 4 hours and that a person would die without food in 3-4 days Now I know this is a pathetic lie And since i use to be in that situation I can relate but I no longer feel sorry for my old pathetic self and my wrong conclussions that I once had. once your stomach is healed then it is abel to cleanse the blood when your fasting this is the stongest thing you can do for your immune system is to have clean blood What david says is true that HCL can help digest protein But instead of adding HCL why not abstain from protein and go on a diet that will return your digestion system back to being abel to digest protein naturaly? no need to digest protein with hcl supplements if you reduce your protein intake and restore your digestive system by an alkalyne diet Hcl supplements will digest proteins but it wont heal your body to being abel to digest proteins again instead it will keep your system acidic and be a crutch to continue to eat a high protein diet this is like putting an alcoholic on an IV of ethyl alchol and saying he is cured of alcoholicism because he dont drink any more , yet he still will slur, have liver problems and have a blood alcohol count and continue to be drunk the number 1 cause of toxemia is eating non food, overcooked food and eating more then your abel to digest Here are some very large animals that are vegetarians elephant giraffe Horse Zebra the famous boxer Muhhammed Ali was a vegetarian he ate a head of lettuce a day My point is you will not die if you dont eat meat! In many cases you will live longer! I am not a vegetarian I eat meat 1 or 2 times a week i have a lot more energy , look a lot healthier, look Younger and am healthier because I reduced my protein intake my appetite is far less then it ever was because my digestive system is healed from an acidic diet and my intestines are clean to absorb food without toxic posions If you ever seen me in person you all can discredit me as a young kid who does not know what he is talking about as I look like I am 22 but in reality I am 33 another result of correct diet and repairing past damage to my digestive system. Guest guest
So, . You were a typical dietary disaster in your early 20s. Not uncommon in our North American culture. When this happens, taking it very easy on the system including fasting is very healing. Then, you needed to find the diet that was right for you and you did as best you could. That's great. Your conclusions about how and why you healed are based on incomplete understanding of how the body works, so keep learning and see if there isn't much more to it. Acid in the stomach digesting food doesn't directly relate to an acidic system. A balanced diet with plenty of acid in the stomach is a good thing. While you are setting people free, remmenber common courtesy. You won't free anyone from error who isn't listening to a word you say Vince No one cares what you know until they know how much you care > > My intent is to set people free from false concepts > > I know abstaining from meat and dairy restores healing because I myself > have done so > > I know that false hunger pains are caused by the damaged digestive > tract of a person who eats an acidic diet because > I myself ate an acidic diet and had false hunger pains from the damage > of my digestive tract. > > I went 40 days with drinking nothing but fresh squeeezed orange juice > and home distilled water and herbal tea > eating nothing else. first 6 days were the hardest until the hunger > cravings due to ulcers in my digestive system > were healed > > I myself also use to believe that the hunger pains were do to my need > to eat fatty foods every 4 hours > and that a person would die without food in 3-4 days Now I know this is > a pathetic lie > And since i use to be in that situation I can relate but I no longer > feel sorry for my old pathetic self > and my wrong conclussions that I once had. > > once your stomach is healed then it is abel to cleanse the blood when > your fasting this is the stongest thing you > can do for your immune system is to have clean blood > > What david says is true that HCL can help digest protein > But instead of adding HCL why not abstain from protein and go on a > diet that will return your digestion > system back to being abel to digest protein naturaly? > > no need to digest protein with hcl supplements if you reduce your > protein intake and restore your digestive system by an alkalyne diet > > Hcl supplements will digest proteins but it wont heal your body to > being abel to digest proteins again > instead it will keep your system acidic and be a crutch to continue to > eat a high protein diet > > this is like putting an alcoholic on an IV of ethyl alchol and saying he > is cured of alcoholicism > because he dont drink any more , yet he still will slur, have liver > problems and have > a blood alcohol count and continue to be drunk > > > > > the number 1 cause of toxemia is eating non food, overcooked food > and eating more then your abel to digest > > Here are some very large animals that are vegetarians > > elephant > giraffe > Horse > Zebra > > > the famous boxer Muhhammed Ali was a vegetarian he ate a head of > lettuce a day > > My point is you will not die if you dont eat meat! > > In many cases you will live longer! > > > I am not a vegetarian I eat meat 1 or 2 times a week > > i have a lot more energy , look a lot healthier, look Younger > > and am healthier because I reduced my protein intake > > my appetite is far less then it ever was because my digestive system is > healed from > an acidic diet and my intestines are clean to absorb food without toxic > posions > > > If you ever seen me in person you all can discredit me as a young kid who > does not know what he is talking about as I look like I am 22 but in > reality > I am 33 another result of correct diet and repairing past damage to my > digestive system. >
